Letter from Administration

We are thrilled to serve as the administrators at Harmony Science Academy – Fort Worth! Our campus community is fortunate to have dedicated teachers and staff, engaged parents, and talented students. We are confident that we will continue to grow and excel in the years ahead.

Our Campus Vision:

At Harmony Science Academy – Fort Worth, we are devoted to implementing data-driven instruction through small group settings, where:

  • Students receive tailored lesson plans based on various data points collected throughout the year. They are aware of their goals and take responsibility for their learning progress.
  • Teachers collaborate with fellow staff, students, and parents regarding student progress and the use of data in the classroom, ensuring clear expectations and understanding of students' needs and goals. This collaborative approach aids in forming small groups, whole group instruction, and independent learning opportunities.
  • Our school promotes consistency across all classrooms in utilizing data to guide instruction for every student.

Principal – Adem Bilgin

I am a passionate educator dedicated to positively impacting students' lives. Since joining Harmony in 2011, I have taken on various roles that have enriched my experience and strengthened my commitment to education.

With eight years of teaching experience in El Paso, Kansas City, and Lubbock, I have transitioned from a Math teacher to roles including Engagement Coordinator, Leader Resident, Assistant Principal-Dean of College and Career, and Principal. Each position has equipped me with the skills to cultivate a collaborative school environment, engaging all stakeholders in our mission.

I owe much to the unwavering support of my wife, who inspires me daily. Together, we are proud parents of two wonderful sons. Academically, I hold a Master’s degree in Teaching Mathematics, an Ed.S in Educational Administration, and a Texas Principal Certification. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, walking, and biking, activities that keep me connected to nature and rejuvenated.

I look forward to continuing my journey in education and making a lasting difference in our community!

Dean of Academics – Hattie Hilburn

My name is Hattie Hilburn, and I am excited to join the Harmony family as the Dean of Academics. This will be my first year with Harmony. Previously, I worked in Mansfield and Aubrey ISD, teaching Pre-K through 3rd grade. With 10 years of experience in early childhood education, I am eager to contribute to our school community.

I began my educational career at the University of North Texas, earning my bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies EC - 6, with an ESL supplement. Additionally, I hold two Master's degrees—one in Child Life and the other in Family Studies—from Texas Woman’s University. I also have my Principal as an Instructional Leader certification.

Dean of Students – Cari Ceresoli

My name is Cari Ceresoli, and I am excited to join the HSA Fort Worth family as the Dean of Student Culture. This marks my 16th year with Harmony Public Schools. I have spent 13 years between the Harmony Euless campuses K-12 and 2 years with HSA Dallas Elementary K-7. I live in far North Fort Worth with my husband Frank, my two children—Christopher (senior) and Anna (8th grade)—and our five dogs. Outside of school, I am a full-time soccer and gymnastics mom, always traveling and cheering for my kids from the sidelines. My family is also passionate about animal advocacy, and we foster puppies through the Humane Society of North Texas throughout the year.
